We are a fourth generation family owned and operated business that started in 1925 by Norman A. Bean and his son, Joe.  Norman started out farming and believed quality custom millwork should be affordable for everyone.  We still operate under that premise.  We do the big jobs as well as the small jobs of repairs that the bigger shops won't do.  We work with architects, designers, re-modelers, carpenters as well as homeowners.

We continue the traditions started years ago with quality millwork and one on one service.  We still use the original equipment, some dating back to the early 1900's, to maintain the historical integrity of your project. (see the pictures of some of the old machines below).  This is what sets us apart from other shops.  We set up the machines to match your profile of molding, door, window, shutter etc.  Bring us your samples, drawings or pictures and we'll be glad to work up a free quote.
